How can I access 1:1 care?
To utilize Modern Health, all members must first sign up with Modern Health and answer a few questions about their well-being.
Based on your selections during onboarding, our initial care suggestions will route you to either mental health coaching, coaching, therapy, or a mixture of both. From there, you will be able to begin care with a Modern Health provider.
I am a Samsara employee who was employed prior to Modern Health becoming active- What if I was seeing a provider with Spring Health?
We welcome the opportunity to match you with a Modern Health provider. All of the providers in our network are required to complete a rigorous screening process as well as continued professional development to ensure they are equipped to offer high-quality, culturally-centered care to each member. The Care Team will work with you directly to identify a provider who meets your individual preferences and specializes in your focus areas.
If you prefer to continue to see a previous provider you may email help@modernhealth.com to see if your current provider is in the Modern Health network.
If your provider is in the Modern Health network, you can be connected and continue to see your provider.
If your provider is not in the network, Modern Health is open to the possibility of having them join the network, please work with our support team directly. **Please note, these requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we cannot guarantee all providers will be onboarded.
Who is considered a dependent?
Dependents that are 6+ in the US and 12+ globally are eligible for Modern Health. Eligible dependents are considered the same as those who would be eligible under your Samsara sponsored medical plan
